Capture/Replay: Change workdir for debug runs and annotation Append "Debug" to the capture_replay_tests workdir if it wasn't overridden to avoid having to recompile everyithing when running with or without the --debug flag given. Also add annotation for test that only fail when run with the --debug flag.
