Extend eglGetPlatformDisplay to allow feature overrides. Add EGL_FEATURE_OVERRIDES_ENABLED_ANGLE and EGL_FEATURE_OVERRIDES_DISABLED_ANGLE to submit lists of strings naming the features that should be overridden (either enabled or disabled) on display creation.
