  GL: Support clip and cull distance extensions
  
  Use EXT_clip_cull_distance on OpenGL ES to expose
  APPLE_clip_distance; use ARB_cull_distance on OpenGL
  to expose EXT_clip_cull_distance.
  
  Added disableClipCullDistance OpenGL workaround.
