Update frontend support for QCOM foveated extensions Modifications to frontend support - 1. EXTENDED_DIRTY_BIT_FOVEATED_RENDERING is removed 2. New framebuffer attachment API - getFoveationState 3. Attachment type restriction for foveated rendering is removed 4.
