Add EGL query option for minor version
* Added the following:
* EGL_CONTEXT_MINOR_VERSION
* Added since EGL 1.5
* EGL_CONTEXT_MAJOR_VERSION
* Another alias for EGL_CONTEXT_CLIENT_VERSION.
* Added unit tests to query major and minor versions.
