    Metal: Implement MSAA default framebuffer.
    
    GL_SAMPLE_COVERAGE_VALUE is implemented by inserting gl_SampleMask
    writing logic to fragment shader.
    
    New test added: MultisampleTest.ContentPresevedAfterInterruption.
