Revert "Roll vulkan-deps from 6691fcec0bce to 32692e5de307 (12 revisions)" This reverts commit 2aed567fb387ba4775fcb08e7b188e20600a76ed. Reason for revert: Per https://bugs.chromium.org/p/angleproject/issues/detail?id=5741, the glslang change causes tests to fail with internal-linker errors.
