    Incorporated patch from haixia@ changing the default implementation of
    array index clamping to use the clamp intrinsic. This works more
    reliably on pure OpenGL ES devices and on Windows.
    
    Added a mechanism in ShBuiltInResources to choose the strategy for
    array index clamping.
