Vulkan: Remove SwiftShader+AsyncCommandQueue tests The AsyncCommandQueue feature is not shipping anywhere, especially not with SwiftShader. Besides, the tests already run Vulkan+AsyncCommandQueue tests. Additionally, SwiftShader still gets exposure to this feature together with the EnableParallelCompileAndLink feature.
