Throttle validation error messages in release builds Some apps make invalid but harmless calls every frame. ANGLE inserts a debug message for each validation failure which comes with a performance cost. This change makes ANGLE stop reporting validation failure messages after a handful have already been reported. This is only done when assertions are disabled and when the context is not a debug context.
