  Revert "Vulkan: Fix Wayland surface size queries"
  
  This reverts commit a277f1bce563999296620c29d83c760c0fb9763d.
  
  Reason for revert:
  
  No longer required, because `mIsSurfaceSizedBySwapchain` is always true
  on Wayland which will provide same behavior as the reverted override
  methods.
  
  It is also a preparation for the follow up change.
