    Message : Implement EGL_KHR_fence_sync and EGL_KHR_wait_sync EGL_KHR_fence_sync introduces the EGLSync object and associated create/destroy/clientWait functions. EGL_KHR_wait_sync adds the serverWait function on top of that.
