  Original change's description:
  > ANGLE currently uses vkCmdResetQueryPool to reset a query pool.  As
  > reported by Arm, this can cause GPU bubbles.  It is better to use
  > vkResetQueryPoolEXT() when available (either by Vulkan 1.2 or by the
  > VK_EXT_host_query_reset extension).
