  Re-land "Finish ReadBuffer support in end2end_tests."
  
  Currently we had a few TODOs concerned about unimplemented calls in
  ANGLE. ANGLE now has support for ReadBuffer, so uncomment the calls.
  
  Re-land with end2end_tests fix.
