Add test and skip for 07753 validation error Running Pokemon Masters Ex game on Android generates the validation error VUID-vkCmdDrawIndexed-format-07753. This CL adds the TexImageFormatMismatch test to reproduce the error and updates the SkippedMessages list to avoid test failures.
