    Message : Buffer11: Refactor Subject/Observer pattern. Instead of having a direct/static observer distinction, add two messages for 'Contents Changed' and 'Storage Changed'. This makes Buffer11 itself the subject with two different message handling cases in the onSubjectStateChange methods.
