Capture/Replay: Rework trace EGLDisplay handling Refactor the trace-replay EGLDisplay handling to allow initializing the global EGLDisplay handle in the InitializeReplay4() body. This included adding support for eglGetCurrentDisplay() to the EGL-on- WGL shim.
