Tests: restore angle_end2end_tests --help on Android https://crrev.com/c/5985232 added support for choosing the test runner, but that inadvertently changed behavior with --help (or with certain flags). This CL restores that behavior. parse_known_args() exits the process by default, so add manual --help handling.
