  Rename EGL platform extension text files.
  
  This makes the naming more consistent with the rest of the EGL
  extensions.

      To request a display that performs no rendering and has no platform
      dependencies, the value of EGL_PLATFORM_ANGLE_TYPE_ANGLE should be
      EGL_PLATFORM_ANGLE_TYPE_NULL_ANGLE.
