Vulkan: Use linkedShaderStages in GlslangGetShaderSpirvCode() The parameter linkedShaderStages is passed to GlslangGetShaderSpirvCode(), but is unused. This CL uses the parameter, rather than gl::AllShaderTypes(). This CL also removes the unused parameter variableInfoMap from the call chain.
