Message : Work around strange git cl format issue. For some reason this line of code confused git cl format in that it would generate different results depending on when it was called: "PFNEGLSTREAMCONSUMERGLTEXTUREEXTERNALATTRIBSNVPROC ANGLE_EGL_StreamConsumerGLTextureExternalAttribsNV;" I wasn't able to root cause the bug. Instead I worked around it by changing the signatures for this file.
