Vulkan: Separate barrier data into its file vk::Renderer includes a modified copy of kImageMemoryBarrierData. When using VK_KHR_unified_image_layouts, even more of this data is modified based on device features. Leaving kImageMemoryBarrierData in vk_helpers.cpp runs the risk that it's accessed directly instead of using the copy in vk::Renderer.
