  Don't use run_gtest_angle_test.
  
  Instead use the wrapper script in the run directory, and process
  sharding args directly in the test runner. Also removes passing
  --bot-mode, instead using the Chrome-based wrapper script to
  implicitly pass --test-launcher-bot-mode.
