Fix hp depmode for VPATH builds with GNU make. * lib/depcomp: Be sure to remove VPATH-prefixed object from dependency output when creating stub rule. * tests/depcomp10.test: New test. * tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Update. * NEWS: Update.
