vala: enhance tests * tests/vala.test: Extend test. Throw in some cosmetic and consistency changes since we are at it. * tests/vala5.test: Avoid uselessly requiring libtool. Ensure a failure happens in case VALAFLAGS are not supported as expected. Extend test in some ways.
