Dissociate testsuite 'make' invocations from outer 'make'. * tests/defs: Unset the MFLAGS, MAKEFLAGS and MAKELEVEL environment variables. * tests/cond16.test: Use '$MAKE -s', and avoid GNU make dependency. * tests/substref.test: Likewise.
