Fix some lisp bugs reported by Bruno Haible: * lib/am/lisp.am (uninstall-%DIR%LISP): Added DESTDIR to the echo. (install-%DIR%LISP): Handle case where lispdir is not defined. (uninstall-%DIR%LISP): Likewise. (.el.elc): Added `else' clause.
