tests: .NOTPARALLEL test-driver-create-log-dir. * t/test-driver-create-log-dir.sh (.NOTPARALLEL): add target, since the two tests under sub/ seem to have a race condition. No evident way to debug or reliably reproduce. Reported by Jim.
