Fixlets for HACKING. * HACKING (Administrivia): Fixed typo `NES' for `NEWS'. (Naming): Do not refer to a convention dating back to Feb 2001 as "very new". Related rewording. (Working with Git): Now we require autoconf 2.67 for bootstrap, so use that version in the examples.
