  parallel-tests: New target recheck-html.
  
  * lib/am/check.am [PARALLEL_TESTS] (recheck-html): New phony,
  recursive target.  Factor common implementation with
  `check-html'.
  * doc/automake.texi (Tests): Document recheck-html.
  * tests/parallel-tests2.test: Test it.
