  AM_PROG_GCJ: use AC_CHECK_TOOLS for gcj, for cross compilation.
  
  * m4/gcj.m4 (AM_PROG_GCJ): Use AC_CHECK_TOOLS, rather than
  AC_CHECK_PROGS, when searching for `gcj'.
  * NEWS: Update.
