Let -Wportability turn on/off the portability-recursive channel. * lib/Automake/ChannelDefs.pm (switch_warning): switch `portability-recursive' channel as well if changing the `portability' channel. * tests/dollarvar2.test: New test. * tests/Makefile.am: Update.
