  m4: rename an m4 file to a more appropriate name
  
  * m4/obsolete-err.m4: Rename ...
  * m4/obsolete.m4: ... like this.
  * Makefile.am (dist_automake_ac_DATA): Adjust.
  * t/ansi2knr-no-more.sh: Likewise.
