Message : * automake.in (make_paragraphs): Do not define %TOPDIR%, now that lib/am/header-vars.am no longer uses it. * lib/am/libtool.am (distclean-am, distclean-libtool): Define if TOPDIR_P is true, not TOPDIR. Suggested by Stepan Kasal.
