  * lib/am/distdir.am (distcheck): '=' is not valid in DOS filenames.
  Use '_build' and '_inst' instead of '=build' and '=inst'.
  * tests/man2.test: Reflect change automake: check for files in
  '_build' and '_inst' directories instead of '=build' and '=inst'.
