  objc: reorganize basic tests
  
  * t/objc.sh, t/objc2.sh: Removed, merged into ...
  * t/objc-basic.sh: ... this new test.
  * t/objcxx-basic.sh: Add reference to new sister test.
  * t/list-of-tests.mk: Update.
