    Message : * lib/am/tags.am (ETAGSFLAGS, CTAGSFLAGS): Remove. * lib/am/dejagnu.am (RUNTESTFLAGS): Remove. * lib/am/java.am (JAVACFLAGS): Remove. * tests/dejagnu3.test: Check that the environment value of RUNTESTFLAGS get passed down to runtest. Suggested by Mark Mitchell.
