[dlg] Lighten up the inclusions. The DLG wrapper needs to know if FT_DEBUG_LOGGING is defined in `ftoption.h`. It does not need entire FreeType. * src/dlg/dlgwrap.c: Include FT_CONFIG_OPTIONS_H directly.
