[build] Improve property file for vc2010. User-defined properties should be empty by default to prevent linker failures. * builds/windows/vc2010/freetype.user.props, builds/windows/vc2010/freetype.vcxproj: s/OptionsDirectory/UserOptionDirectory/. Comment out all user options.
