[truetype] New implementation of v38 bytecode interpreter [2/3]. This patch actually modifies the bytecode interpreter. See added comments in `ttinterp.h' for more information on this and the following commit in the series. * src/truetype/ttinterp.c (SUBPIXEL_HINTING): Replaced by... (NO_SUBPIXEL_HINTING, SUBPIXEL_HINTING_INFINALITY, SUBPIXEL_HINTING_MINIMAL): ...new macros. (Direct_Move, Direct_Move_X, Direct_Move_Y): Handle backwards compatibility. Updated. (Ins_RS, Ins_FDEF, Ins_ENDF, Ins_CALL, Ins_LOOPCALL, Ins_MD): Updated. (Ins_INSTCTRL): Handle native ClearType mode flag. Updated.
