As a result, ftview sometimes showed incorrect glyphs for given glyph names, and even displayed `error 0x0006' (invalid argument!) in case the number of glyph indices differed between the Type 42 font and the embedded TTF. To remove extremas of vertical strokes of CJK Ideographs at low resolution and make the top and bottom horizontal stems aligned, bluezones for CJK Ideographs are calculated from sample glyphs. Always ignore global advance. This makes FT_LOAD_IGNORE_GLOBAL_ADVANCE_WIDTH redundant, deprecated, and ignored. The new behavior is what every major user of FreeType has been requesting. Global advance is broken in many CJK fonts.
