  - updating the header inclusion scheme to use <ft2build.h> by
    default..
  
  - created "builds/devel" to hold developer builds options
    for both Win32 and Unix
  
  - fixed a bug in the winfonts driver, where the glyph image format
    wasn't set correctly..
