(cff_size_get_globals_funcs, cff_size_done, cff_size_init): Updated. (cff_size_reset): Updated. [TT_CONFIG_OPTION_EMBEDDED_BITMAPS]: Call sbit_size_reset. * src/cff/cffdrivr.c (Load_Glyph): Updated.
