  cloexec: Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations to module description.
  
  * m4/cloexec.m4: Remove file.
  * modules/cloexec (Files): Remove it.
  (configure.ac): Remove gl_CLOEXEC call.
  (Makefile.am): Augment lib_SOURCES.
