  lchown: Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations to module description.
  
  * m4/lchown.m4 (gl_FUNC_EUIDACCESS): Call AC_CHECK_FUNCS instead of
  AC_REPLACE_FUNCS. Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations from here...
