  Fix linking of some uniconv tests on FreeBSD.
  
  * modules/uniconv/u16-conv-from-enc-tests
  (test_u16_conv_from_enc_LDADD): Link $(LDADD) before @LIBICONV@.

  (test_u16_conv_to_enc_LDADD): Likewise.
