  stat, fstat: Compile stat-w32.c only on platforms that need it.
  
  Suggested by Paul Eggert.
  
  * modules/stat (configure.ac): Request stat-w32.o only on native
  Windows.
  * modules/fstat (configure.ac): Likewise.
