  * tests/virtualbox.h: New file.
  * tests/test-pthread-cond.c: Include virtualbox.h.
  (main): Skip the test under VirtualBox with KVM paravirtualization and
  more than 1 CPU.
  * tests/test-cnd.c: Include virtualbox.h.
