  New module 'ceill-ieee'.
  
  * modules/ceill-ieee: New file.
  * modules/ceill-ieee-tests: New file.
  * tests/test-ceill-ieee.c: New file, based on tests/test-ceill.c.
  * tests/test-ceill.c (main): Remove signbit tests.
  * modules/ceill-tests (Depends-on): Remove signbit.
