  * m4/termios_h.m4 (gl_TERMIOS_H): Likewise.

  * tests/test-fcntl-h.c: Check that pid_t is defined.
  * tests/test-sched.c: Likewise.

  * doc/posix-headers/fcntl.texi: Mention lack of pid_t on MSVC platform.
